Just in from the Curry shop after a few beers and cant remember off-hand.

 

Will check my wee black book and get back to you !!

Will try to explain this as best as I can !!! :rolleyes:

 

1. Assuming your TPS is already fitted and you just want to adjust, warm up engine and turn off, leaving the ignition switched on.

2. Loosen the 2 securing screws at the top & bottom of the TPS.

3.Adjust by rotating TPS body so that the output voltage is 0.4 to 0.5volts.

4 When correct voltage is achieved, tighten securing bolts.

5. Disconnect TPS harness connector for a few seconds and then reconnect it.

6.It is not the top plug on the TPS that is well insulated, but the bigger plug that comes from underneath with 3 wires, Black, White & Red.

7. Using a Multi-meter, the Black wire connects to Negative on the Meter & the White wire to the Positive on the meter.

8. Get it to 0.4to 0.5 v and that should be it :D
