If I took my Zed to a garage and asked them to change the PCV valves and hoses. How long do you think it would take them (assuming they are partially competent)!.

 

I had a go myself last weekend and she is still in bits. It's a real arse.

Did you take the copper looking elbow joint off. It seems it would be a whole lot easier to fit back if this was removed and then fit all three bits (Valve, hose and elbow joint) together and then put back on the car.

did some on the weekend, all 4 with an oil change was about 4 hours. It's not difficult just a PIA.

when i did mine i was all ready for a full day job, but i fact it took me 1 hour!

 

it's easier to cut the old hoses off, them replace with new ones
