How can this be carried out mines a little low at presant

cheers

Dave

Dave,

This should be a 2 minute job with your ConZult.

(1) Hook up the ConZult

(2) Run engine

(3) Go into "Idle/Throttle adjustment" screen on the ConZult software

(4) Undo (but do not remove) the two screws securing the TPS

(5) Turn the TPS unit clockwise/anti-clockwise until the voltage is just below the point where the "closed throttle/position" switches from off to on (this should be at roughly 0.42~0.44V)

(6) Tighten up the screws (making sure the voltage doesn't change) and Job Done!

NB - when turning the TPS you'll notice the point where the "closed throttle/position" goes from "off" to "on" because the revs will raise to about 1100 rpm. You want to set the TPS to the position just before this raise in rpms occurs.

Hope this helps fella!

Regards,

Danny
