Something that ive been meaning to ask since i bought my zed but i could never be arsed.. Should the spare wheel fit snug and level in the bit in the boot? Mine is too big and only fits in a bit, leaving a big buldge (ooooooerr) in the carpet. It is a space saver and its got japanese writing on it so i guessed it was the right one?

dunno i got rid of mine and the polystyrine things in the corner, now have lots more space, but i think it did bulge up a bit when it was in,

tried that. Gave it a good shove. Ah well, fits fine in the garage!

scott, you should have a hardoard cover that supports the carpet, it is in two pieces and covers the spare wheel, so there should be no bulge in the carpet

mine did not fit when it was inflated. no use really. so it now lives in the shed.

Yeah, got the bit of hardboard but once thats over the spare wheel its higher than the boot floor, so the buldge is bigger. Its a pain when im trying to strap the roof into the boot. Think i'll just stick it in the garage unless im making long trips.

Cheers tho
