I'm at Billing from Friday afternoon till monday afternoon so I'll be there all weekend to help out. Obviously a lot needs to be done before the event though so just let me know what you need and we'll see if we can cover it all between us.

We need some ideas for club events, prizes, competitions, etc. Thoughts & suggestions are welcome, as are offers of help, ideas for leaflets, calling cards, logos, stuff you would like to see for sale, such as keyrings, badges, T-shirts etc. etc.

well im here if people want to land some stuff on my plate :D

Good stuff Mike. At the moment I think we could do with a heap of ideas, then we can let the Events Organisers get on with their jobs. Myself and Macca came up with a few on Sunday and I know that MarkH has been working at this already. So, bring 'em on ...

Seriously though, why not sell subscriptions to the forum at billing? You can have the members pack ready at the marquee.

Excellent Idea. Leave this one with me and I'll sort it.

 

Trophies should be won via a voting system. Each member submits their vote via the number plate of the car they like the best, you cn vote as many cars as you like but only 1 car per category.

 

1) Best Exterior

2) Best Engine Bay

3) Best Boot Install

4) Best Stock 300zx

5) Best Overall 300zx

 

Anything else we can add or take away.

Well to be honest we've all tried something different.

Every modded 300 is different in some way.

Im arriving as early on Friday as possible so will be available for anything you want. I was going to claim the prizes job but Stu has beaten me to it LOL.

would the club like some dublin crystal as trophies, i am in the way of getting them inc engraving i will pay for same as a small token to the club.

What about some kind of competition (not just for members) for a club fund raiser? Charge people to enter, winner could get something from the traders or something. Obviously the cash raised would cover this aswell.
