Usually the fault of the MAS. Some of the time you can get away with cleaning the connections on the MAS as usually its just that.

Have you done a ECU Diag?

If not the link below tells you how to do one.

http://www.300zx.co.uk/cgi-bin/manual.cgi?list=efec&dir=&config=&refresh=&direction=forward&scale=0&cycle=off&slide=49&design=default&total=190

Its quite simple. Click on the page to turn to the next.

Post back with what code you get

Mas

guys i hav no idea what these short words like MAS stand for and i dont know nothing about cars so please explan in esay words thank u cheeers

and yes the turbo thing in the speedo is not moving is well and speedoo gose to 180 mph even when the cars not moveing

MAS is Moving air sensor. Go to the front of the car, there is a panel between the headlights, you remove it by lifting the bonnet and there are two ten mil screws, remove them and it should lift away. Now you will either see a big cone shaped bugger (aftermarket induction kit) which is connected to a cylinder with a connector on it, the cylinder is your mas. If , on the other hand you have a big lump of plastic, the cylinder will be attached to the top of it somewhere. If you subscribed, someone may be kind enough to tell you what to do with it, go on you know you want to :)

thanks jock i will give it a try and see if its ok

i m about 15 miles from leeds
