help on missing part!

Hi fellas,

 

im gonna put my blitz dual/s boost controller back in! :cool: but since i last took it out i think i have lost a part!

 

Basically im after the 'T' piece that fits on top of the plenum that feeds/sends the boost reading, via a small plastic hose, to the boost controller in the car...

 

can anybody help with this?
