Hi a preious post had me thinking about which are the best spark plugs to have now I am running JWT and more boost.See I recently fitted a new set at a so called special offer from Nissan B.ham for £43 they are PFR6B 11C now there seems some variation of opinion,the workshop manual lists these as "hot" does any one know for sure as if they need changing I will...Help Jeff TT

i put these in and i havent had a days problem since, i had pfr6-11b in and kept burning them for some reason.

 

i personally have had no probs with pfr6-11c so i am sticking to those.

Jeff, personally i wouln't cos when you start tweaking and tuning you should fit colder plugs, i fitted the HKS ones, expensive like and i think they are 8s, at least try 7s. Did a lot of experiments years ago on the S12, on a highly tuned one it would only do well on 8s, anything less and it always burnt a plug out,think it all depends on your level of tuning as to how hot things get down there, Smithy
