Not havin a good day 2 day.......just noticed that the 2 bridgestone SO3's I had fitted about 9 weeks ago are looking a bit low on tread again....although the two SO3's which I had fitted on the front about six weeks ago are fine at the mo.....also the nearside rear is slightly worse than the offside....

Oh yea 4got to say i'm not that bad a driver.....ok only the odd 140mph thrashing......but apart from that i've ben a good boy....

Can anybody help...are bridgestones shite...or is there another problem

Ok where on the tred are the tyres worn? middle? inside? outside?

get the tracking checked, mine was down to the wire on the inside of the tyre, and also a slightly warn track rod bush worth a look

On the other hand if you're doin 1000miles aweek the wear's not bad!

I got 12/13000 from my Bridgestones on the rear (SO2's).

Had 36psi in them and they wore evenly.

Rear toe in will be OTT. Quite normal due to the rear steering being susceptible to damage - the track rods have a habit of bending if you hit the curb. Not saying you did it, maybe the previous owner... Anyway, get the tracking checked out :)

Also makes the back end much much more sensitive and hairy in the wet under power!

Mine was at 7mm toe in after the previous owner had new HICAS arms fitted then never bothered to get the tracking reset.

Sort it and you'll be surprised at how much better and stable the rear is. Plus the tyres last a lot longer

Chears guys 4 the tips and advice.......PS Mac 1...i seem to be gettin even wear across the two rears...although near side tyre slightly worse than offside...does this help

u need to play with tyres on the zed. soft doesn't mean grippy sometimes.

After 6 years, I've had 3 or 4 sets on there.

I swear by Fulda Extremos or 3000s. Really grippy wet and dry.. no embarising screaming noises, and last a good ol' while even on the back (15K out my last set).

I have to agree with you there mate, I've got Fuldas on the rear at the mo and I rate them far better than the toyo proxies I had on previous!
