I think there's a couple of pipes that go to the cat that need plugging and a wire for the temperature warning sensor that needs tucking away somewhere safe.

pipes that need plugging?? what with matey and will an exhaust specialist like Longlife have something to do it with??

cheers

great spec chris I am assuming that 200bhp is a joke right??

I think you can just use a couple of large bolts and a bit of tape to close them off.

I didn't do mine myself so I'm not totally sure on this.

ย

There's more spec than that but the length of sig text is limited now! :(

I wish it was 200bhp... been off the road ages now but should be sorted in the next month or 2.

When you get home form the garage you may as well just remove the AIV's.

ย

Jack the front of the car up and remove the front wheels.

Remove the inner rear liner of the front wheel arches.

Follow the pipes that used to go into the cats and there you will have your AIV's

Remove the AIV's then remove the side repeaters (in the wing)

You can then remove the storage tank for the AIV's (you canโ€™t get this out with the side repeaters in place).

Follow the Vacuum hose all the way back into the engine bay on both sides and there you will find the AIV relay which can also be removed to create a little more room.

Also while you are there you can remove the PRVR's or PVRV's (always get that the wrong way round) from the passenger side arch.

ย

Sounds a little technical but it really is a 10 min job once you have the car jacked up and the wheels and lining off.
