I have wee problem, my zed starts first time, with no probs whatsoever.

even after a min or two it's fine to switch off & start, fires up sweetly.

But if I run it for say 15mins+ switch off & start up again it turns over & won't fire unless I leave it for for a wee while & start it up again.

PTU? new plugs?

I thought it may have been an earthing problem as for some reason when it happen previous I clamped a jump lead on the - terminal and on the block it seemed to help, so I bought the kit off Pete Sh.

Still happens tho :-/ so it wasn't that (nice kit tho Pete ;) )

Yeah try swapping the PTU....

I have just had exactly the same problem mate. Moved the PTU to the passenger side of the engine bay above the fan as shown on the aus300 site ( http://www.neuralmotion.com/forum/tech/ptu/pturelocation.htm ) and all my problems went away. Tried making it play up today by driving it for 30 mins and leaving it for 30 mins before i turned it on again and it fired up every time sweetly. If you want i can send you some pictures/drawings of the bracket cos mine was much easier and cheaper to make than the one shown.
