How about at the next big meet i make name badges for all of us, I have a Stationery company so they wont look cheap,

Its just its nice to see every one but at first you have not got a clue who you are taking to, :confused: all year we talk on the site it would be nice to put a face to the user name. ;) If the 300zx.co.uk don't mind me taking there logo,I could add our names to the top.

Very Good Idea,talked to loads of members on the phone,but when I get to a meet I have 'nt a clue most of the time who most of the Peeps are.Gets abit embarrising some times.

I dont argee. This person is obviously David Blunket trying to force compuslary Id cards upon us. Oh yeah it starts as a name tag for a meeting, but before you know it these name tags will have GPS sensors, your thumb prints on and DNA samples. ;)

This is long overdue, we have been going to shows for years now and not knowing who is who. So hows it gonna work? What about if everyone who wants a badge can add their name to a sticky thread and pick it up at the club tent at Billing??

The idea is sound I guess, but potentially a bit tacky - even with a smart badge. I will reserve judgment till I've seen it, but good on you for trying!

What's wrong with 'Hi i'm , who are you?' I suppose the badge could be good for those days when I wake up after a session and can't remember who I am.

..and great if you turn up for work at MaDonalds having forgot your MacD identity badge too!

How about extending this idea to include a small name badge to fit inside the windscreen of our cars. That way we all know who drives what, when the cars are lined up.
