Momo Steering wheel mounting pls help

I have a Momo race steering wheel,

 

it's got no air bags so that is fine, but where can i find a boss kit for the Z oh its a 1990,

    I can get a Momo one for £40 but don't know if you keep your Hicas with this.

     

    How much do the ones cost with the Hicas roughly.
