I am looking at buying the Speed convertor from the Z Centre and have a couple of questions.

 

1) Does the delimeter allow the car to go above the restricted 180 Kmh on Jap Imports

 

2) Does the convertor have an effect on the HICAS system.

I just got one in the post today, Luke said it would take the limit away also that annoying beep when you go over 100 KPH and change the clock to read MPH.

 

I will be putting it in tonight and will tell you how it works.

:cool: Luke fitted one to mine when i picked the car up and i haven't had any problems with mph or the hicas.....:D

ill be intrested to know how it works too. need to sort out my import.

I have got one on my import, I have had no problems with it.

Did mine last night, it only took about an hour to do, very simple! Everything works great, converted the clock to MPH, takes away that annoying beep and limiter is away. No probs with the HICAS

You might find it interesting, as it's not as expensive as you may think ;)

Not too sure if mine is from Luke or not as it was converted when i bought it,but it's got a limit at 160mph because there is still 1000revs before the revs and it pulls all the way there so it seems as there is more to go.

 

What's going on guys??
