28-32 psi depending on load? is it not just standard pressures? Thats wot I have my 18's at

Anyone know the pressure for 255/40/17 and 245/45/17 please.

I have the same as you and I have 36psi in the rears and 33psi in the fronts!! That's was I was advised, and it feels a lot better.

Make sure you use an accurate gage to check the pressures as some of these forecourt gauges can be out as much as +/-3psi.

Me too. I believe these are also the stock setting, but this felt right with my 17s as well. I tried a little lower, then a little higher as suggested by the tyre/wheel seller (as effect of changing wheel sizes can vary between cars) but settled on the above.....

Richard :)

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

I had the rears at 36psi, but at the last tyre change they were worn down the middle only, so have gone for 33 all round this time. Seems to be fine.
