Subscription monies transferred 6 weeks ago. Was there a problem as my membership has not been upgraded?? :confused:

Was this around the beginning of March? Do you have the date that you transferred the money?

I've now added a reminder into my phone and I *will* check as soon as I get home, which will be about half 4 ish.

OK - have checked and there IS a payment into my bank on the 3rd March...however the note accompanying it does not match your user name or real name. Can you tell me if you put a note on your payment and what it said, please?

it might be mine if it was through paypal may have put trottter10 instead of trotter

No, this was through a bank transfer. :)

 

Trotter - when did you subscribe via Paypal? Unfortunately Paypal comes up just your real name and half the time I only know people on here by their User name which invariably isn't included in the notes and the email address is usually different as well, just to make things harder! :D Hence why there's a delay while I work out who's who.
