I think the early calipers where aluminium but where changed to iron after the aluminium ones had a habbit of warping.

Exchange calipers are available form Brakes International (http://www.brakesint.co.uk) or Brake Engineering (http://www.brake-eng.com) from around £67-70 + vat. I know Brakes Int. can also supply seals and pistons and discs much cheaper than Nissan prices. I replaced mine (iron UK calipers) with exchange items, saved the hassle and labour of rebuilding the calipers.

Good luck, Paul N

Yup I think '92 was the changeover year.

this place will refurb calipers for £48, replace all seals etc & galvanise the calipers.

Thats probably cheaper than nissan UK sell the parts for.
