how do i get them out??????

ther fixed solid and thy doin my head in cos even the alarm fitter could get it out

Now this goes back a few years to when I had mine out but IIRC once all the nuts/bolts are undone then all that is required is a good hard tug! (lol-always helps)

I'm sure thats right. But as I say it was a few years ago! I could be wrong......so not much help at really !

Remove the seat backing first (the hinged part) by removing the bolts on the hinges. Then the base should just pull up with a little firm encouragment..

the alarm fitter got the bottom part of the seats out without removing th top half, i cant see any bolts holding the bottom half down

put your hands in the under the middle/front of one of the seats and pull it up there is a fixing under both halfs then the back will slide forward and pull out without touching the back part of the seat
