replacing front anti-roll bar bushes

When replacing front anti-roll bar bushes, is it best to drive the car up on ramps or jack the car up so the wheels are off the ground ?

Thanks

I got my anti roll bar superflex bushes in the post today, it is not very clear if the paste they give you is to aid in getting the bushes into the housing, or if its for the inside diameter in contact with the roll bar.

Thanks

John

never fitted poly bushes, but you wont have any need for lubricant in fitting them (unlike, say, tension rod bushes), so id say its for the inside for lubrication. certainly wont do any harm!

Thats what I was thinking.......it must be some kind of non-petroleum based product I guess.

Thanks again Paul,
