Cold Idle

When starting the car in the morning revs shoot up to round the 2K mark?

Is there anything I can do to adjust this - I have tried the ECU reset.

Im having a few idling probs too where sometimes when warm it seems to hunt between 1200 and 1600 yet other times it sits at 900 but after a rev drops to 450 then back to about 700. Sort of all over the show really.

I have also tried cleaning the ECU conn to the water temp sensor.

I have noticed when the car is cold in the morning and I am heading to work if Im doing 30mph in 3rd gear and just come off the accelerator, you can hear the tps relay switching like mad.

yet this has been setup.
