Have had a balance bar chromed but as I was struggling to get my hands on a manual BB, I got an auto BB done with the intension of doing a bit of pipe re-routing until mine was done. However, I noticed a couple of things that put a dampener on the BB swap.

Obviously there isn't an extra nipple on the end of the auto BB for the chucky pipe that comes from above the master cylinder. As shown in this pic.

So as it is purely a vacuum, my intension was to put a T connector in one of the other pipes and connect it that way. However, this pipe seems like it can take some serious pressure but the pressure clips ain't that good so I was wondering if Nissan had just gone a bit OTT on these pipes.

So as this pic shows, this is what I wanted to do. Would I be able to use silicon instead of that chunky piping?

Or, could I even do this or there a valve in the middle of those to pipes. And if there is, could I replace with silicon anyway?

And lastly, can anything be done with this ugle f*cker with the green circle round it and the "?" on it?

Apologies for sounding very amateurish, it's cus I am!

From memory those pipes are different diameters - dunno why though ....

Also the 'ugly' part as you say is a one way valve I think, which is part of the clutch servo mechanism.

So, It would it be better to use braided hosing rather than silicon for these bits?
