I've mentioned this to a few of you but want to get a firmer idea of numbers before I start making firm enquiries.

 

I'm looking to arrange a trip to Le Mans next year. Best guess as cost at the moment would be around £150 per person (for two sharing a car) and cost would include ferry, campsite and race tickets.

 

For anyone who I haven't bored about this, it is an amazing weekend with one of the most fun drives you will EVER have on the way down there.

 

Can you post on here if you are interested or definite so I can get an idea of numbers and then I'll start making enquiries.

Count me in as well as a passenger, roughly when is it as well. That way I can hopefully make sure the cars running.

 

I think it would be great to go, but I'd have a hard time to commit a long way into the future. I may not be around for a while after Janurary, so when's it gunna be?

 

 

 

no current dates are set for next year, by the look of the official site www.lemans.org but it is likely to be the middle of june, as always :)

 

now you guys are talking i am a lemans nut and i go every year.

i have press access there and i can find out for you more details if you want

thae race i think will be held on june between the 10 / 18th

and as far as camping goes you dont even have to pay if you arrive by thursday moring although that is taking a chance,

we get better details when i go for qualyfing.

although we must book by december at least.

lol i did take my car and raced there in 1995 i think it was and i had stillen as a as a sponcer and will you believ it i won my class in le mans, lol he he he

 

I'd go but i dont think i'll have my Turbo's done by then.

* 24 Hours of Le Mans :

June 16 & 17

Started to make enquiries about Le Mans prices but haven't got anywhere just yet. Would expect to have something within the month and will be looking for deposits by end of November probably so start warming up those wallets !
