Lamborghini Countash are not as fast as you think. They where very fast in the early 80s but nothing special against a 90s super car. I think the 0-60 was 5.2 and top speed of 170mph. Still have on though, so I can say to people, I have a Lamborghini

You couldnt see out of them, you had to lie down to drive and they were meant to be uncomfy.

I used to know a lass whose dad was minted and had around 50 cars kept in storage under the house. Now to look at her you wouldn't have thought she came from money but we were discussing cars one day, you know Mini Coopers and RS200 etc, and she mentioned how embarrased she was having to get out of the Lambo outside the school because of the doors. He also owned, amongst many others, an F40 and a Jag XJ220

 

Tryed to nail her several times after that but to no avail. Her dad sold all the cars when his business went belly up. I left her alone.

We built a proper replica one some years ago, based on a kit that was ripped off an original Lambo one weekend! Absolutely awesome car, even with the 2.7 V6 engine in it went like stink! Basterd to reverse thoug, you had to open the door and sit on the sill, twas the only way!!

 

Anyway, isnt that piccy off one of the cannonball run movies????
