Greg, Me too I need some one that is good at solving oil leaks and diagnosing electrical problems on Z's I think I have a problem with my engine wiring loom/ injector leads or coil packs or even the leads going to coil packs. Have already taken it to someone in Tamworth and they did not identify the elec problem.

Nah Dude ! just spoke to Geoff at the Z Zone in Bristol and he only specialises in the 240Z, 260Z and 280Z; However he was really friendly and really helpful and told me about a friend of his who is an Auto Electrician by trade and is a full time mechanic at Central Garage in Whitchurch, Bristol 01275 832116 at present he is building a Z project and has just dropped a 300ZX engine into a 240Z, he has owned several 300's and apparantly knows his stuff. ;)

sounds like the guy that did the work on mine for the importer, see if he knows darren of east to west importers? if he does then its him. if it is where i think, when i went to test drive mine, he had 2 z's on the forecourt so chances are.....

:cool: Spoke to Martin Barry at Central Garage really knows his stuff by the sound of it and told me a few things to try myself to diagnose my car. I've booked in with him anyway to sort out my oil leak on 19th April, incidentally they charge £32 per hour. Good luck.
