Does any one else have this problem, my car is fine on flat smooth roads, but when I drive around localy with uneven road surfaces my back end seems a bit wobbley, I don't know, it kind of feels as if it moves slightly to one side rather than go straight over the bumps????

 

I remember someone on about it before but I can't remember what was said!

Could be your rear shocks are a bit tired !

 

I believe sometimes it may be a Hicas fault - but im sure someone will fill you in !!

Check your tyre pressures too - low pressure can often cause this.

As far as I know its the rear shocks, mine does the same, a bit skippy over pot holes and stuff;)

HAd the same prob round the rear end and shocks did not sort it completely. Turned out that the HICAS arms were worn. They are being changed now. Hopefully, that should cure it.

if u feel it in the front of the car then it's related with ur wheel or ur bushes started to wear out creating a luck on ur car

Check your tyre pressures (it's astounding how sensitive Z's are, you HAVE to check once every week IMHO).

 

Sounds like rear shocks though...

 

- if it was worn steering components at the back it'd feel vague when cornering at high speed (ie DC / M-way), like my first Z did.

mine was HICAS link arms causing this

 

warning lights wont come on for mechanical problems - you need to physically check them by jacking the rear wheels off the ground & shaking the wheel side to side. there should be no play in the arms/bushes
