is background ripped from a specific site then your car pasted in with something like psp?

Background taken from a wallpaper site, contrast adjusted and cropped, then multi layers added along with text.

 

Mail me some pics of your car and the theme you want and I'll try and sort you somthing, I can't promise anything as I'm really bisy and have a queue of 4 people in front of you, and I also need to make some long overdue rear 6x9 speaker brackets for another member (if only I could do those in Photoshop lol).
