where do i put the extra info

hi

 

trying subscribe via paypal. I already have an account so everytime i go to subscribe it takes me straight to a payment screen in which i only have to click continue to pay. havent used paypal in ages so cant remember wht happens next.

 

anyway the question is where am i supposed to put my user name etc. my address should already be tied in to my paypal account.
