Anyone here ever had a quote to have this done to their Z? response on other forums has been "you cant get paint like that" to "you would have to chrome each part". Rage do a Chrome paint, and Mercedez has developed one too to do the car above. Apparently it is 50(?) times tougher than normal paint applications too.

Even better, anyone got ever seen a Z that has had an effect like this or similar?

i like that

Very cool, but think its illeal to have paint that will reflect the sun as much as that would.

Ayone ever heard of this being done and allowed on the roads?

I have never heard of any law about how reflective your car can be. What about the cars which have no paint and just have polished metal panels?

You can buy a special paint for re-coating mirrors. It's notoriously fragile under the elements, but this may be a progression from that.

If anyone finds it and can organise a group buy - count me in.

Of course - it could be another photoshop wind-up!

Only ever seen one car with this done. It was on the Audi stand at the motor show a few years back. Looked great but a bugger to keep clean. Even the smallest finger print looks awful. May well be illegal as well...

Got to admit, and using my 4 year old daughters favorite saying, it's wicked :D, dont know where she got that from

Would have posted earlier, but took a while to get past chris's moving gif ;) had to make sure that the NISSAN was spelt correctly :p

have seen a bike done like that, looked sweet. Spoiled by the monster pillock onboard wearing a metallic silver set of leathers. Bike looked good, he looked like the tin man from the wizard of oz

Perfect for you "attention seeking whore's" out there.

Yeah, I remember seeing that. They were promoting their (Audi) aluminium panels...

Not sure if it is illiegal or not but I don't think the police would take to kindly to it... It would be far to reflective.
