Do Courtesy make many shipping mistakes ?

 

I placed my first order a week ago (by phone), so last friday I e-mailed them to ask if it had been shipped, they e-mailed back with a tracking number, which I traced on UPS website........I was delivered to some address in Illinois!!

 

It could be they gave me the wrong tracking number, I have e-mailed them and asked them to sort it out.

John, I have used them half a dozen times and have always been spot on.

 

Did they say on the phone that all items were in stock? If they did then I would suspect something is a miss.......usually only takes a few days.

Actually James, I forgot to ask them if it was in stock, but they gave me a tracking number, so, unless they gave me someone elses tracking number, it was shipped. (to Illinois)

Ah well, Im sure they will sort it out.

Yes, of course, doh. If they gave you a tracking number then it was shipped.

Yes, I know they will straighten it out........Have not heard from them yet, but they are 6 hours behind us.

Well, Courtesy did straighten out my order, in error they gave me a tracking number, actually they did not have the part in stock, but they got it in on Sat 28, I still dont have it.........this is not the usual Courtesy service that I have read about?
