Yep, bit ricky to get it in evenly, but well worth it!!! Not too bad, the advantage of the Alcantera is that it is pretty stretchy.

It was 6m of Alcantera from some bloke at Trax 2003. ( got his card if you need details) He charged me £100, but chucked in two cans of Trimfix adhesive for free. I reckon I only needed around 4.5m, as I've got quite a bit left over.

How did the Alcantera come? 6m x ?

if you want it reduced to a decent sig pic size let me know

Much abliged if you would Stu mate. :)

Ok nothing fancy just a resize and a name added. Can do more if you want to give me some ideas :D.

One of my next jobs to be done. Though in a different colour. ;)

Nice job but are you going to redo the seats???

check the link about NTL upload rates ;). Will be up nd running again soon.

gotcha mate - its all there now - cheers.

Cracking site BTW. Does it take up a lot of your time?

Snurdf, very tidy mate.

I really like that material you have used. What is it?...

Cheers

It's grey leather. About £130 for a hide but I got a load of bits for £40 quid. :D

Very stretchy & easy to use.

Bit of Evo stick contact adhesive & Bobs your uncle.

Thanks mate.

Top job with the Alcantara :hyper:

Have you got the guy's details who supplied you with it?

cheers Jon... ;)

I know a guy in the trade who can supply you with Alcantara checkout http://www.customcoachtrimming.co.uk This guy's a really good mate of mine and he is as sound and reliable as the day is long he will also give you good advice, he has had magazine features in all magazines from custom, jap Vw etc etc

Could you find out how much he'd charge to trim out a 300 interior in nice leather.

Vijay

He has just re-trimmed mine consistimg of 2x seats retrimmed in really soft Black Leather and Scorched Alcantara (Really soft and Suede like) he has also stitched the Z logo into the backrests, 2x door skins, Glove box, curved cockpit trims, centre console and console side trims. All for £1100. Here is a picture it's not very good but I will take some more after the weekend as I am away for a few days. Trust me the photos do not do it justice it has to be seen in the flesh to be appreciated. Chris's number is 01386834454 or 07802 715676.

Right, I got my material from Martrim, who had a stall at Trax2003.

They are based in Middlewich , Cheshire though and their phone No. is 01606 834480. They have a website at www.martrim.co.uk, but it is under construction at the 'mo.

:) Cheers dude.
