painting Z front

I have just purchased a Black front bit, that front bit between the headlights. The bit with NISSAN or Z on it!

My Z is RED doh! Want to

a) spray it red, what undercoat colour do I use?

b)how do you get the Z badge off the front bit, without braking anything!

    Arthur: did the badge have pins behind it (I think James said it would) and if so are you going to fill them and paint it yourself?

    Yep the badge has two pins at the back.

    The idea was to replace the front Nissan badge to a Z badged front. I like the Z on the front. With my Z being a uk model it has the nissan logo on the front.
