How long do parts from Courtesy take to get here by air ? Do they use the postal service or someone like FedEx or UPSair ?

Thanks

John, my orders before have got to my door in just a few days. They use FedEx, well, have done on my orders. I always phone through my order and they tell you there and then whether its in stock or not. If yours is taking longer then something you ordered was out of stock. (or maybe you were just wondering)

(nb; didn't get around to doing my coilpacks mate, but will be soon)

if it's service items it can be literally 2 or 3 days usually UPS or FED EX, I've never waited more than a week for any parts, I guess it depends whether the parts you require are in stock. Sometimes even quicker than ordering from Nissan UK but that's no surprise :slap:

cheers Jon.. ;)

Ok, Thanks James, and Jon

I was just wondering about Courtesy's service, sounds like there is a bit of money to be saved buying from them, expecially with the current exchange rate.

Thanks

John

yup, few days. top service as well. joey@courtesyparts.com is a helpful chappie to speak to. not sure if he done it intentionally or not, but he only put 1/2 the items i ordered on the invoice, so i only paid 1/2 the duty - shame that! :D

also 1 part was sent wrong(temp sensor), so he refunded it straight away & sent another sensor FOC by UPS!!

very happy with their service :)

I've just ordered some stuff from them, they mailed me back teh day after to say that a part is out of stock, should be 2-3 days then 5-8 days delivery.

So I'm expecting the bits to arrive toward the end of this week.

Dirt cheap though. :)

£129 for 16 valve lifters (£46 each in UK), a speed sensor pinion and delivery.

My stuff arrived today. :)

i ordered it last Sunday (15th) so took 10 days to get here including the wait for bits to come into stock. :)

I phoned them on Wed evening and the UPS parcel arrived Friday morning. My experience is that an email order is a bit hit and miss and that a phone order is quicker and confirms stock availability.
