Speedo

I have a problem with the speedo in my zx. Whilst driving the needle flicks over the 180 mark ( when i'm not doing 180 of course ) and messes with the progresive steering. N e idea's on what could be causing it to do this? And how to fix it?

    faulty vehicle speed sensor, do a search and it will throw up loads of similar cases.
