The clip is for the Jap flare Comes standard on all Jap Cars. You dont; need this so you can bin it.

 

The wooden floor pan is standard, it holds the ECU etc, under it so it needs to be very firm. held in by 4 x 10mm bolts.

i have the same board in my z not sure what other bits for though.

But now the real stupid question, what's a Jap Flare??? :confused: Is it so the passenger can hold his/her trouser flares in a neat fasion :rofl: :rofl:

They come as standard on all Jap specs so rather than calling someone on your mobile when you break down, you set the flare off and hope smoeone wil see it in the cold mountanis ;).

Nifty red flare that really upsets the neighbours when you let it off in the garden, cant believe how much light and smoke it let off, lol, lesson learnt.
