And what a difference, even driving around town, the car feels much more solid on the road, and they are a lot quieter than the Cobra (rear) and Bridgestone (front, Jap spec) that were on there...

Plus they look the mutts nuts :)

They do indeed look the mutts nuts! It's a bit sad getting excited by tread patterns tho, right?! Still, I'm happy with mine - don't seem to tramline anywhere near as much as the Bridgestone SO3's I used to have. Still don't seem to grab the tarmac as hard as I'd like tho - could possibly do with a blowtorch under each arch to keep them soft and gooey?

Good choice tho, I reckon ;)

Wait until the tyres are scrubbed in. It can take between 50 and 200 miles before the tyres are working correctly.

If anything, one BAD start if you get what I mean.

I find that a bad start is a good way of getting the stickers which are sometimes left on the car. :D

Got F1's fitted today too, feel much better, but then again they would, before I was driving on slicks with the wrong profile!!!

Now I can go fast round corners, aswell as straight!

Corners... it'd be polite to explain what they are for the benefit of our American guests ;)

PMSL...............

Oh and great choice of tyre's mate.

So how much is a set of F1s, and what size were you fitting? I'm currently doing cost comparisons for 235 and 255 mm 17".

What's the general concensus here for those who have just fitted new boots?

LMFAO..... MEOW :p

I don't just mean: turn left, turn left, turn left either. Nascar, eh? Far too complicated. Take the horrible bendy bits out and make the track a straight line. Then you could have cars with, say, 744 rwbhp racing from *here* to *over there* - no confusion about who's in the lead or anything. That'd be great! :)
