I live by the A3 so will keep a eye out for it m8

Sorry to say this Steve, but it is probably at the ringers now!!!

Will keep my eyes open and keep up hope!

I deleted a load of posts because I did not like the direction this thread was taking, because of one person. I have sent a message to this person explaining what the consequences of his actions wlould be, if repeated again!

My main thoughts are with the person who had his car stolen and how he would be feeling at this point in time, and I believe this would also be the focus of the vast majority of the members on this forum!

Agreed!!!!

Exactly, comments like those made are so uncalled for, good call deleting them.

I hope they guy gets his Z back.

Matty.

Steve,

Truly sorry to hear this - I know how you are feeling. My house was burgled just before xmas and on top of the £9000 of gear taken from the house were the keys to my new Mini Cooper (and the car).

Gut feeling from the off was that the car was stolen to order because there was no sign of it for ages. I heard last week (3 days after the insurance co. accepted the claim) that the car was found just under a mile away from the house with a bit of damage but nothing too awful.

I hope you get a good result

Ste

Any update on this? I feel for the owner. It's really bad when you get burgled but even worse when they take your car as well ... Hope they find the thieving scum and ... (expletives deleted).

Incidentally, drove to the supermarket yesterday evening and found a silver 350Z smashed up ontop of the Tyburn roundabout in Birmingham. Driver side window smashed so obviously stolen. Pretty much all the underneath of the car was lying 10 feet behind the car on top of the island ... Thought I'd do the right thing and phoned the police to tell them about it and all I got was "yeah thanks, we'll have a look tomorrow in the day light" ...

kingston isant the best place especially where i live around the tolworth junction good luck il keep an eye out

I've just been done for Congestion Charging too!!

4 Feb 2004 - The day it was stolen

14:31:16hrs

Farringdon Road, London

Begs the question... have the Police actually had access to this system? Surely they could have chased her down??

I called the local cop shop to report this, and they told me to call the Congestion people to tell them... 'erm excuse me.. I want to tell you that my car was spotted here at this time on the day it was stolen!! Took a little time to sink in that one!"

Excellent! Hope there wasn't any damage.

And typical response from the pesky pork chops.
