Anyone know a source for the small in line air filters?

To be honest Mark, I'd just do away with them. You shouldn't really have any crap in the system anyway, and a bit of oil shouldn't harm the solenoids.

If you want to keep them try somewhere like farnell that do pneumatic stuff, should be pretty easy to get.

You could try Andy Barnes@Sumo Power. I remember reading an article about an R33 which has engine failure from massive overboost due to dirt getting into the EVC stepping motor/sensor unit and jamming it.
