More info. on the BlitZ ID Meter???

Does anyone know where I can get more details about how the BlitZ ID Meter works or what it does?

 

I asked Warren but he just replies with "it looks really good in my car and it does things which are really great!" LOL!

 

LIKE WHAT THEN?????????

 

Is there a website with more techy descriptions of functions etc.??? And no, Blitz UK website doesn't have it on there yet!
