Ok this has been available on here as far back as I can remember,No one ever uses it now and It needs sorting out!

The products that Tim sells are of very good quality so don't get confused with the general crap that is sometimes available. Here are a few pics with the old club logo,the new one can be added if there is enough interest.

No, it's okay m8. It's just a shame that in your quest for brutal honesty that you can't be constructive enough to offer some positive comments about how things could be improved/changed.

 

I welcome comments or should I rephrase that I welcome constructive comments.

Being constructive ... The Zed Logo in Chrome effect on Black, smaller size, maybe as a label on the T shirt sleeve, or sewn direct would look very good.

Seriously though that would work best. Black Cap .. Chromed or brushed chrome logo .. would look great ...

 

I did make up a Chrome logo however must have deleted it sometime last year .... Looked really nice on black ....

Sounds very similar to the 200sx logo to me. I like the idea of the sleeve placement, i'm wondering if a short run of screen printed T shirts would be a start. I have a great MacUser T shirt that has very dark grey text on a black T shirt and it looks very cool, even if it is a bit geeky wearing a MacUser T shirt. I guess it's a bit like being a book designer, you haven't 'arrived' until you've managed to do a black on black jacket, i.e. Gloss black text on matt/satin ground.

 

The old clothing was embroydered directly onto the garment so that it wouldn't fade/washout. remember more than one placement means more cost.

still think red or silver as suggested is too standout ish.

my fave would have to be small embroydered logo on sleeve and perhaps chest,

in black and a simalar colour to the shirt , so u have to look twice to see what it is.

A more descrite logo, i beleive would suit the club image a lot better. Agree with the comments on this. Also beleive that you still gota offer the same choice you've got already, ie; Polo, Tee, Fleece etc, to cater for all tastes. Are we talking only one choice of main colour? ie dark blue as in the pics? or could there be a limited choice of options? Just a thought.

Ok might aswell giv my 2p worth on the subject as every1 else has.

 

Black T-shirts with a silver or chrome circled Z logo. Try and make the Zlogo look very sharp not to soft as it will look a bit Gay (i know some of you like to express your feelings but this is not the place to express it as i hope the most of us are hetrosexual).

Anyway the logo at the back or it printed on the breast of the shirt at the front or both. Also some sort of phrase would be good like "Built for the Human Race" like in the adverts!!! Or "Catch me if you can TWIN TURBO" i know the aspirated boyz wont like this but i would defianetly buy a t-shirt like that.

Thanks for the positive comments, I'll make my position clear here, although I am a graphic designer I am also bl**dy busy at the moment and simply do not have the time to design a logo for this board, so I suggest if you want the clothing then people better put their thinking caps on and start scribbleing! If, and I do mean if, I find 5 mins I'll throw something together as well but I can't guarantee anything.

 

When designing the logo remember how it is going to be used, in what format, with what limitations, colour/black and white, etc etc. It's no good putting something together in Photoshop that is completely unprintable.

The previous round of clothing itself looks good, but that logo is a bit much - but we sort of knew that already right? No offence to the original designer. How about a T-shirt with just the three photos of from the new masthead (^^^^) on the front, ie cockpit, dial, engine, and then the site address as a sleeve print in that same blue...?
