25psi ish. it is 2mm ally & made by a co that make WRC coolers and was tested to 40psi before shipping.

basically it appears that it'd work hardened over time with vacuum-boost-vacuum until it became brittle, cracked and then split.

I had it welded and it split in a totally different place a week later.

 

I have a new one now with a different end take design (not so big so less flex), and far so good but I've only had it a week and i'll be upping the boost when i get my tubular exh manifold. We'll see how it copes with that. LOL :D
