This country needs to get a grip and to start stressing about important stuff rather than wasting time and money on something that happened 6.5 years ago and that in the grand scheme of things wasn't/isn't very important anyway.

Unless of course the upshot of it all means that we can get rid of the royal family.

well i think she was dead when they buried her so guess she was killed one way or another, who gives a toss but someone so dodgy they can't get a british passport.

I couldnt give a toss and I dont understand why people are so infactuated in it. Its hysteria.

Now I like a good conspiracy theory but if I planned to murder someone (who probably flies 4 times a week on private planes) I wouldn't choose a public place, followed by the press, whilst driving in a Mercedes (which is built like a tank). etc

Some of the best conspiracey theories are alledgedly happening right under your nose, i.e. fingerprints from money, spread of deseases through money,etc,etc

Also, the poll at the top of the screen is unfair, the driver wasnt as pissed as first alledged, if he had of been, he wouldnt have been able to stand, let alone drive. An unfortunate accident, but a perfect oppertunity for someone to disappear, should she wish.

Like everyone say who give a toss and if you ask me, everyone used to go on how good she was and how she used to help the children...yes because she was paid very well to do it and did she ever look like she wanted to do it...no always looked like she lost a tenner and found a pound. We all drive powerful cars, we know what its like to have a bit of trouble at speed, if he's pissed and hit a bump into a tunnel then he is going to have an accident,

 

they weren't wearing their seatbelts either.

 

Its a shame she's dead, but no more a shame than anyone else who dies before their time.

I was devastated when she died because they cancelled all the football fixtures that day. I had been staying at the girlfreinds in Carlisle and drove home especially for the Newcastle V Liverpool game and remember wondering why the radio was playing crappy miserable music on the way home.

A week later at the match me and a couple of mates were the only ones to refuse to stand and take part in the minuites silence for her, as Mike says she is no more special than anyone who dies in an accident and she certainly would not have had a 2 minuite silence if it had of been me. I think it was an accident to be honest, if it was set up I dont believe Charlie boy had anything to do with it because I couldnt see him wanting to put his kids through that.

The funniest thing about it was seeing working class people who probably barely scrape a living wailing and crying in the street over her, those people are so stupid they really do deserve to lead a pathetic sad existance.

Still she wasnt all bad, I would have definately shagged her.

There I was going to steam in with a snotty comment - but actually I agree with most of you ;)

 

Regrets for any unnecessary deaths (Royal, Arab or otherwise) but just a tad impatience with the barking mad conspiracy theorists.

She was a rich, dumb, society girl who married the Prince of Wales, big deal. She wasn't even that pretty IMHO, it's amazing how good even a hippocrockapig can look if you given them access to the best of the best in terms of clothes make-up and image consultants!

As for di....i really don't care. What really anoyed me was when she died all them people took days off work saying "she was so special, she changed the world bla bla". 99% of them never met her and i'm sure she didn't give a toss about any of them!

But seriously folks, who cares! The same thing applys with JFK, people have a rosey view about them, I think it was more style over content.

She led a priveleged life and married into even bigger money; slept around with loads of men to make Charlie-boy jealous and love her. When he didn't she got all self-pittying and thought the country should know about it to get revenge on the Royal family who saw her as an upstart (true because Royal family is a stuffy old institution).

 

..and what about the double standard of hating Charles for seeing Camilla when she slept with loads of different guys ???

There are thousands of people out there who are sick and say some one is trying to kill them. My dad works with people with brain injuries and half of them are convinced some one is trying to kill them.
