January 7, 200421 yr Lately I have seen more 350Z's than 300's in Yorkshire. Why are they so common, could it be that they are cheaper to buy than the 300zx was when new.
January 7, 200421 yr Yes shedloads cheaper - the Z started at about 29k in this country (I have a copy of the ad to prove it.) In 1990. The 350Z started at 24k in 2003... and the superduper GT with most of the options is still only a shade over 30. 13 years inflation is probably the best part of doubling in price - so it's way cheaper in real terms. You get more for your money too - trip computer, traction control, bigger wheels, Brembos...
January 7, 200421 yr I thought the Zed was originally 36K. As someone said in the forum before the ZX was designed and built as a luxury sports/grand tourer whereas the 350 is merely a budget sports car. But car prices have fallen for new cars - so whatever. What's the GT got that the others don't. Is it any faster than the standard 350? Geoff.
