Im looking to get approx 400bhp from my z. What mods would be the best taking into account the following:

UK spec TT 92 manual.

Car is my only mode of transport so needs to be reliable-i travel approx 45 miles a day to and from work.

Budget is limited as most of my money goes on day to day running.

Car is stock at the moment.

Was contemplating induction kit,de-cat pipes and boost upgrade.

Would de cat pipes present a problem with turbo seals? Have heard that the reduced back pressure allows oil to bypass the seals-is this right?

All help and advice greatly appreciated.
