Ive just taken out my radiator, to fit a new end tank and drain plug (thanks pete), When i removed the old end tank i found the rad is full of rusty bits of cr@p. Should i take it to a specialist to get it flushed before putting it back in the car? Or just give it a good hosing ?

ps. The end tank is a bitch to crimp back on!!! :o

Hello Mate,

Personally I would some rad flush in it, and then hose it out from both each end!

where did you get the header etc from?

I need them too...

Also get some compressed air and blow it at the rad to clear out all the crap!
