AVC-R : pressure sensor needed ???

I have a 91TT and I want the AVC-R.

In US, I see prices around $450.

 

I also see harness ($20), engine side harness ($39) and pressure sensor ($75).

 

Do I need all those parts ?

    You'll need all those parts.

    Without it the AVC-R is useless
