i cant comment on which are best, but the job is not too bad, id say you could do it in 45 mins, it is made much easier by removing the balance tube

unless your running big mods then stock would be fine, either from Courtesy, Mike Feeney or wasnt there a section in the traders for spark plugs??

 

got mine from a local factors for about £50 the set (OEM parts)

yeah, you would have to have at least 2 cups of coffee & a sarnie with a pack of crisps to make the job last 45 mins!! :D

There is(or was as i cant see it anymore)a trader on here selling plugs,i got some Denso Iridiums(one stage colder)excellent price and great plugs:)

Cheers for the advice Tony, I have just found an old link (search is friend!!) ;) and have mailed the place as I was unsure what to order and asked some advice.

 

I'll see what they recommend and then I will order what your running, what did you pay?

NGK ZFR7F-11 gapped to 0.8mm.

One heat range colder and work fine for £2 each. Got to change them every 3000miles or so though.

All the big tuned Jap cars run these and so do speciality Z / GR Racing in their demonstrators.
