as i have 13.5psi boost i have been told to be on the safe side to use 555 injectors,

 

where can i get the best price for these?? i know they are'nt cheap,

 

do i have to take my plenum off to fit them ??

You are usually looking as a minimum of £600. The plenum will have to come off so that's another £100 in gaskets, then you'll need to remap the chip in your ECU so you're probably looking close to the £700 - £800 mark without any labour.

 

Have a word with Chris@GetGreddy he may be able to get you a good price.

Neperformance sells Nismo 555cc I do belive.

£650 will be after Christmas now though. Let me know :)

Can get you GReddy 550's if you fancied those.

Hey mate. I was going to buy some myself last month until finances with the onset of Xmas put the stoppers on my plan. However, I was thinking about getting a group buy together, end of Jan/Feb time...would this be too late for you?

You don't need 550 injectors unless you have upgraded turbos!

 

Stock injectors on stock turbos can go up to 17psi!

Leigh, I might be up for the group buy, finances allowing.

Chris, are the greddy ones a direct fit, and if so can you get latency data etc.

i am using turbotechnics stage 1 i think its a stock turbo with 360 bearings this is ok with the standard injectors isnt 'it ??

 

running 13.5psi ( soon to be more )

You are best off ringing Turbotechnics, if you are not sure what turbo you have and they will be the best people to tell you!

 

If you are still not sure get the car dynoed and they would be able to tell you if your injectors are leaning out!
