oil changes

When I had mt MR2 I always changed the oil (Castrol Magnatec) every 3000 miles.

 

Since getting my ZX (n/a) I changed the oil last time with Magnatec. Now, 3000 miles later, today I switched to Mobil 1 15 - 50.

How often should I change the oil now ? Should I still change it every 3000, or can I let it go to about 4500 ?
