Hi Mike,

I beleive the optimum size tyres to go for are!

Front 245's any bigger and you will get tramlining, 8 inch rim!

Rear 285 or 295 10 or 10and a half inch rim

that on 17 or 18 inch rims?

i'm running 235/45 zr 17 front and 255/40 zr 17 rear at the moment

Very nice wheels Mike. My choice if I could afford them.

speaking of wheels, anyone know where i might get a centre cap for a set of volk racing rims as one came astray :(

Ive got 235 front, 255 rear and it's really nicely balanced at that.

I'd be careful about putting too wide on the rear, it'll probably start to wash out at the front then.

Mike, these are the wheel and tyre sizes on my Z:

18x8.5J 35mm offset 245/40 tyres

18x9.5J 41mm offset 275/35 tyres

Balance is good and minimal tramlining.

Dunno Steve, with the weather we're having you might want to keep those snow tyres :D
