Had a really poo day so went out for a quick blast in the car. The roads were deserted and it REALLY sounded good. She goes the gym and comes back all hyped up while I sit on my arse, but, hey that was a MUCH better form of exercise.

I've never had a car before that I just drive it because I want to. I couldn't live without this car now. What I have been thinking though is that I could do with better brakes. What would be the best way to upgrade? What's a reasonable not-to-extortionate upgrade?

I notice sometimes the car seems to be a little juddery at low speeds, not necessarily when braking, just a bit jumpy and uneaven when going slow in second. I don't think it's anything to do with brakes, but I do think I could do with something that stops me a bit quicker.

Any recomendations? I have got to the point where, although I am very happy with the car stock, I am thinking about induction, exhaust, brakes and some other little tweaks. Just finding the money and deciding the order I do them in. I thought maybe brakes first would be a decent idea.

If you wanna keep stock brakes then!

You can bleed the system, fit SS brake lines, new pads, fit master cylinder brace!

If you want new front calipers and discs then the most sensible way to go is Skyline R33 GTR V spec brakes, pick em up for about £500 on the GTR forum!!
